ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS
Aureus footwear uses environmentally friendly materials in its construction. Most of the raw materials used in the making of our products are sustainable and biodegradable. Polyurethane (PU) and Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) are organically composed compounds, and as outsole materials, they are safer than all other commercially-used materials such as rubber and PVC. The water-based adhesive used in our footwear contains zero VOC’s, meaning they do not evaporate under certain climate conditions, thus having no health risks or unpleasant scents.
AM-TECH Sole Technology® by AUREUS® is a scientifically driven shoe soling construction that is extremely rare in the footwear industry. Its complexity and difficulty in perfecting during the manufacturing phase makes it state-of-the-art, and its outsole features are one of a kind.
Our midsoles are comprised of soft, lightweight, cushioning polyurethane (PU) material that is ergonomic and beneficial to your feet. Our outsoles are made of translucent thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) material that is lightweight, durable, and abrasion-resistant. The combination of AM-TECH Sole Technology® direct soling construction and sole materials will guarantee you a sole that is extremely comfortable and will never separate.
AUREUS® insoles are made of enhanced polyurethane (PU) material which will add additional comfort and arch support to your feet. Polyurethane (PU) is not only incredibly cushioning but is a lightweight material, making you light on your feet and ready to be on the move all day. The benefits of using polyurethane (PU) material in soles are extraordinary.
