- What is a pedbed?
A pedbed is the (usually) soft cushiony lining at the bottom of the shoe - the part your that the bottom of your foot rests on - also known as the footbed. - What is pleather?
Pleather is a synthetic material made from PU or Polyurethane that is frequently used in vegan shoes. It's waterproof but not breathable. - How do you measure heel height?
Heel height is measured from the inside of the heel (i.e. not the outward facing part of the heel) where the heel meets the floor, up to the base of the shoe. This is important - the measurement along the outside of the heel can be palpably different. - What if my shoes don't fit?

My only problem with these shoes is they are very narrow in the toe. I have rather wide feet and had to decide between getting a larger size that might be too long, or a smaller size that would be too narrow. Otherwise the shoe is very comfortable and well made.
