The organic cotton-line EVA pedbed is extremely comfortable, and the padded collar and tongue provide an excellent fit. Simple Shoes believe in providing footwear and bags with the smallest possible environmental footprint: so many of the materials used in construction are recycled. This is the case with this shoe: the outsole is constructed from a recycled car tire, and a bicycle tire is used on the midsole. This is a really fun shoe for kids who like a comfortable sneaker that can take serious wear-and-tear. Wonderful.
