We will be happy to make an exchange or refund your credit card for on any unworn/unused purchase that you are not 100% satisfied with, within 30 days of the ship date of your order.
Our Policy
The item(s) must be returned unworn, in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special protective or packing materials.
If a returned item appears to have been worn or used, a refund or exchange will not be granted, and the item will either be returned to the customer, or a restocking fee equal to 50% of item value of the product at the time of purchase, will be charged.
We will grant a refund in the amount equal to the item cost of the item(s), store credit, or exchange on any unused item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Additionally, If order with "Waived Shipping Fee" is being returned, $9.99 will be deducted from your refund if your initial order becomes Less then $ 100 due to the return.
How to Exchange an Item or get a Refund
To ensure that your exchange or return and refund are processed accurately and promptly, you must follow these steps:
You must complete the Returns and Exchange Form sheet that was shipped with your order. Fill out the form (make sure to tell us whether you would like a refund, store credit, or an exchange) and include it in the box being shipped.
The item(s) must be returned unworn, in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special protective or packing materials. Shoes must be returned with the shoe-box they were contained in - both the shoes and the shoe-box must be shipped in another box (either the box they shipped in, or a suitable and durable containing box). We regret that we cannot provide refund, exchange or store credit for shoes that are not returned in this way, are imperfect or are shipped only in the shoe box, or without the original shoe-box. Shoes that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the sender or a restocking fee equal to 50% of item value of the product at the time of purchase, will be charged.

Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition, we will exchange the item and send you the new item at no cost to you, issue a store credit, or issue a refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the purchase, less original shipping charges.

Credit Card Refunds
In order for a credit to be placed on your credit card account, the return must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. All credit will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
International (non-Contiguous United States) Returns.
Packages shipped to destinations that aren't within the contiguous United States will have a 30-day limit on returns.
We encourage you to email us prior to ordering with any size concerns, as we do not offer free exchanges for International Orders.

Q and A:
What happens if I receive an item that is defective, or is not the item I ordered? Mistakes rarely happen, but they do happen. If you receive an item that is defective, or is not the item that you ordered, we will email you, on receipt of a photograph (by email to customercare@veganchic.com), a label for your use. We ask that you affix the label, and drop it off at a UPS drop-box location. On receipt of the returned items, we will send a replacement or refund (subject to product availability).
Oh no! I just destroyed the shoeboxes, wrapping and tags, can I still return these items?
In the even that item(s) are returned to us damaged, or without the original box, package materials or tags, the item is subject to a restocking fee in the amount of 50% of the original price of the item.
These shoes don't fit! Do I have to pay return shipping?
We make every effort to indicate whether the shoes we sell run either large, or small. The absence of this information indicates that we feel they run true-to-size. In addition you are invited to view our user reviews that are found on many of our pages and often make mention of size. Variances do exist and we appreciate the frustration of receiving products that don't quite fit right. However, we don't consider variances within a described shoe size as constituting a defective product, as such, yes, we ask that you pay for return shipping.
Other retailers offer free shipping on their entire product both ways - can you offer this?
We make every effort to offer value to our customers by offering vegan shoes at what we feel are the lowest prices online. Some online retailers inflate the price of their shoes to offset the cost of free shipping both ways, we have chosen not to do this, as such, our shoes are priced affordably, but we do require that our customers pay for return shipping.
I sent back some items that are beyond the 30-day limit - what's going to happen?
Packages received after the 30-Day limit for exchange will incur an additional shipping charge for outbound shipping in the amount equal to the cost of shipping a package from our location (Los Angeles area) to your destination of choice. Packages received after the 30-day limit for refund will receive a store credit with a value equal the item cost of the returned items good for 3 months from the date of issuance.
